Sweet Retreat from Wheat

To get us started off on kicking gluten I decided to try making these gluten free cookies.  They were super easy to whip up, and are very similar to a sugar cookie.  Overall, they were good but definitely not something I'm going to be rushing out to make right away again.  The biscotti was really good, although the pieces are cut a little bigger than I'd like for one cup of tea, so next time I'll probably break them in half.  Enjoy!
